As the most powerful KitchenAid, its directly driven motor with a power of 325 watts can knead heavy dough for a long time without the motor overheating. In the 6.9-liter mixing bowl, you can make batter for 2.5 pies in one go. That is ideal for large amounts of dough and batter. You can raise the mixing bowl with the handle. That away, batter won’t fly into every direction while you’re mixing and your kitchen will stay clean.
