The cooling container contains 1.1 litres of finished product.

Do not exceed 700 gr. (1.54 lb. / 24.69 oz.) of initial ingredients;

– The bowl must be completely frozen to make ice cream or other cold desserts;
– For recipes that require pre-processing, wait for the mixture to completely cool in the refrigerator;
– Ice cream or other cold desserts are best freshly made;
– For best results, before serving ice cream, we recommend keeping the cups or bowls in the refrigerator, to prevent it from melting too quickly;
– Liquors and alcohol-based beverages have high resistance to freezing. It is therefore advisable to add them only when the ice cream or sorbet are almost ready and not during preparation, as they may not freeze.
